We Are One: Whew!!!!! Made it

I made it through Christmas now only 363 days before I do it again.

I am not a professional. Everything in this blog is about me trying to overcome depression. Sometimes I will include emails I wrote to my counselor, I call him KavinCoach, to remind me that he coaches me to change my life.
