Many times we receive blessings after a hardship. This week I received a delightful day to balance out today's body slam. To ease my tired soul, I wandered over to Daughter-in-laws home and enjoyed an evening of visiting, scriptures, prayers, and hugs. I think Grandma therapy is very good for me. Tired I need to rest.

Buddha believed that those who overcome hardships with a joyful heart deserve all the blessings they receive. He also recommended we respond rather than react to difficult situations.
So I think, if we accept and embrace hardship as part of the cycle of life, face it head on and work our way through it, in the end it can become a kind of triumph.
Beautifully said mulderfan. Thank you.
