Brainless

I just scattered my brains on my new counselors floor.  For those that have not had counseling, may not be aware, that sometimes telling someone else something from your past is so difficult you feel brainless afterwards.  New counselor was great.  Accepted that part of my past is really crappy but right now I can't think of anything but decompressing.  So I am sending you off to other links that are interesting...

*An interesting poem from mulderfan...

Know EXACTLY what you mean, Ruth!

Drained! Used to drive home feeling like an old dish rag that had been wrung dry. Couldn't even cry because there was nothing left!

Now I know it was like changing the oil in the car. Out with the old grungy stuff that was slowing me down and wearing me out. In with the new clean stuff so things could run more smoothly.

Painful process but worth it in the end.

it's an amazing journey isn't it Ruth? some days you feel tired, and not able to take anything else on board just let yourself 'be' & rest..other days you feel much stronger:) ♥

I never plan anything on my therapy days other than 'my appointment' that morning. I find I need it that way and my family benefits also

take care:)

I agree ♥, therapy session is all I do in the evening. The rest of the time I am processing all I have learned in the short/long 45 minutes.
