Enjoy completely.  I am teaching myself to savor, eat slowly, and enjoy the food I am eating.  I am trying a diet with other workers at school.  I am building a new friendship thanks to the group built around this diet.  But I am also trying to savor other good feelings besides food.  I am savoring feeling good.  I am savoring feeling confident.  Tonight in karate, I worked with a student that joined just last month.  I was showing her steps that are now familiar to me.  I savored the feeling of helping someone else.  I am taking time to enjoy feeling happy, comfortable, contended, complete.  Life is good.
